Question 1: What types of supplemental policies do you offer to protect families?

Cancer, Heart Attack/Stroke, Accident, Intensive Care, and Hospital Indemnity. We can tailor one or more policies to fit your budget and protect your family.

Question 2: How quickly are my claims paid?

Most claims are usually paid within four to five days?

Question 3: What if I need to call the company?

We know how important Customer Service is to our policyholders, so we have 120 highly-trained people sitting on the phones in our offices in Cleveland, Ohio waiting for your call. Oh, and they all speak English.

Question 4: How do I or my familiy qualify for coverage?

We qualify on health, not on how much you can afford. We have five qualifying questions. Answer all five as needed and you'll qualify for all of our suppliemental policies. If you had a heart diagnosis, for instance, you would NOT qualify for the heart policy.

Question 5: How affordable are your supplemental policies?

The short answer is very affordable. We can help with anyone's budget. We have four different levels of coverage. Of course, the policies with the highest premiums offer you the greatest coverage.

Question 6: I hear about your Money Back feature. What it that?

We offer something no other supplemental or insurance company does. If you never file a claim, and remain a policyholder and faithfully make your premium payments, 25 years from the date you began coverage, we give a return of premium check for the full amounts of all your premiums. If you file a small claim or take advantege of the Wellness benefits, the amount will be less those amounts.

Should a policyholder pass away before the end of the 25 year period, your beneficiary will given a check for the full amount of all your premiums, minus any claims. It's also a legacy policy so it goes from beneficiary to beneficiary until it's paid out.

You must have a health insurance license for your state. We can help you study and even save money on the online training. We have excellent compensation. The company pays you in five different ways just for talking to people. Also, there are monthly incentives and monthly bonuses, and trips.
